Once I figured out the water/pellet ratio, I love using this. I open the bag, add the water and let the water absorb. Takes up less space than pine shavings and easier to handle.

What happened to this product? We used to swear by this pelletized bedding for our cat litter boxes, but the latest batch is awful. It barely absorbs anything—it feels like trying to soak up liquid with an already wet sponge. Instead of our normal routine of changing the box twice a week, we now have to do a full dump every other day. Buying 160 lbs at a time just isn't worth it anymore. This purchase will definitely be our last unless Tractor Supply fixes whatever was changed.

Great alternative to cat litter

I had seen a video about a lady using this product for her cats and it helped with the cat pee smell. So I bought some to try it out and BOY, does it work!! I have 3 cats and I hated the clay litter or the expensive stuff that says it works/helps. But didn’t just left it all a mess. I will recommend this product for any person with cats! Use it!!
